  • We place your "For Sale By Owner" property on the Realtor's MLS (Multiple Listing Service), Realtor.com, MLS Hot Sheet, . 

  • No Commission is you find a Buyer! If you accept an offer from an Agent with a Buyer you would ONLY owe THAT agent a commission. You can offer any commission. Commissions are not fixed by law. Typically, the commission is 2.5 - 3%.

THE BUYER'S AGENT duties 

Traditionally, the Buyer's Agent manages escrow with or without a Full Service Seller Agent.
