During your active listing with MLS-Listing.Com, if you decide for ANY REASON you would like to move your listing to a full service traditional Realtor© or agent (one charging a minimum of 5% total commission), your listing fee is fully refundable provided you allows us to refer you to an agent in your area. 

MLS-Listing.Com will refer up to three qualified agents in your area. You choose the agent you would prefer to work with selling your home.  

When your home closes escrow with the referred  agent, MLS-Listing.Com will refund your full MLS listing fee.
