What is the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)?
- The MLS Multiple Listing Service is a centralized computer
database. All agents search the MLS to locate
available properties for their Buyers.
Is this the same "MLS" Multiple Listing
Service that Realtors use in my local community ?
Why do I need the MLS?
- Local & Global Buyer exposure. The MLS will bring qualified buyers
afraid to buy without an agent
I was told "For Sale By Owner" FSBO
properties could not be on the MLS. How can you place my FSBO
property on the MLS ?
- We are a "Fee For Service" real estate company. We
are Licensed California Real Estate Brokers. This allows
us to place For Sale By Owner properties on "ANY" MLS in
California.
How long will my listing be on the MLS?
Can I cancel my MLS listing if I decide
to go with a full service agent?
- Yes. You can cancel for any reason at anytime without any
additional charges.
Sorry, NO refunds once the listing is in the
MLS.

Will agent's show my FSBO property on the MLS?
- Absolutely....they will show your property. Remember, agents
make the SAME commission and do the SAME work whether they
sell your FSBO home or a full service Remax© listing. The Bottom
Line agents are in the business of selling property. After
all, agent have Mercedes payments to make.
Do you have a consulting services? Can you review

I want to offer a lower commission than the
typical commission. Is that OK ?
- YES. However, some agents
might not show your property. If you want maximum
agent exposure offer a commission typical for your
price range in your area.
Can I negotiate the commission if I receive a low
offer ?
- YES. Everything is
negotiable. You are not required to accept any
offer.
Can I offer a FLAT dollar
amount commission instead of a
percentage ?
- YES. However, in most
areas percentage commissions are the most common.
