Seller will pay all legal fees of MLS-LISTING.COM / Bill Fliflet in any action where misrepresentation, error or omission, damage, or liability by Seller or other agent of seller. If suit is brought for collection of any commission or if MLS-LISTING.COM / Bill Fliflet successfully defends any action brought against MLS-LISTING.COM / Bill Fliflet relating to this listing authorization or under any sales agreement relating to listed property, Seller agrees to pay all costs incurred by MLS-LISTING.COM / Bill Fliflet in connection with such action including reasonable attorney's fees and any loss of income. 9.
