Fee for service real estate allows Sellers to select only the services they require to sell and close the escrow.  We DO NOT use the traditional one commission fits all real estate approach.

Until recently, the "Fee For Service" method was only used by Agent's selling their own property or was reserved for their friends & family. 

Our business model allows Sellers to pick and chose services. Thus, save sellers thousand of dollars in tradition listing commissions.  This is a Win-Win-Win approach to selling real estate.
